Expert level personal fitness training designed to achieve your individual goals for fitness, health and/or performance. Training methods are centered on functional movements/exercises designed to improve muscular functionality, increase strength, endurance, weight loss or gain. Weight training is incorporated to increase strength, muscle tone, and body shaping. All training sessions are conducted in a private or semi-private setting with a certified fitness trainer and in all cases training is customized to achieve your individual goals. All clients are given a customized flexible diet plan and monitoring tailored to achieve body composition goals.

Your progress will be tracked and monitored
using the following methods:
We will personally instruct you on how to implement a customized flexible dieting plan (commonly called IIFYM or If It Fits Your Macros) to achieve your body composition goals. We will design a customized workout plan specifically detailed around your training situation and goals. Nothing that we provide will be cookie cutter one size fits all. Workout routines will be centered on basic weight training, functional exercises, and/or cardiovascular exercise. All depends on your existing physical condition and goals. We will adjust your workout routine and flexible diet profile throughout your program on an as needed basis. Your goals and progress are the focus of the entire plan.
Frequent text messaging and/or emails are highly encouraged. We will be communicating often to ensure you are heading in the right direction.
You must send us progress pictures
and body statistics (i.e. weight, measurements) at least once per week. Failure to send pictures for (2) consecutive weeks will terminate your program.
You must send us your “My Fitness Pal” food log at least once per week.
